In summer, the wooden terrace invites you to enjoy unforgettable evenings around a plancha after a dip in the pool.

In winter, the cosy ambience of the wooden interior will warm you as if you were in a mountain chalet.

Whatever the season, the plunging view over the countryside will give you the chance to spot a deer, inviting you to reconnect with nature. The Lac de la Dathée is just down the road, offering sailing, fishing, golf, pedalos and walks around the lake. Vire is 10 minutes away, Mont Saint Michel, Granville and the Channel beaches 1 hour and the D-Day landing beaches 1.5 hours.

This detached chalet is located on the La Butte aux Cerfs estate (residential park). On one level, it comprises a living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, 1 double bedroom (2 single beds), 1 twin bedroom (1 double bed 140×190), a shower room and a separate WC. Senseo coffee maker and raclette machine.

The living room opens onto a 25m² half-covered secure terrace with table, chairs, outdoor armchair and gas hob. Parking close to the gîte. Shared swimming pool in July and August, mini-golf, table tennis and playground free of charge.
