Gîte de Piana in Jurques

The Gîte de Piana welcomes you to the Normandy bocage for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Le gîte de Piana is a detached 90 square metre house with :
Ground floor: a large living room with kitchen, lounge (with sofa bed 140), dining room, bathroom with shower and separate WC.
First floor: landing, bedroom with double bed (160cm), bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200cm).
At the front of the house: garden furniture, large secure car park.
To the side of the house: large garden with terrace, garden and pétanque court currently being laid out (to be completed by spring 2024).
An indoor swimming pool will be ready by early 2024.
Access to the gîte de Piana is via the same entrance as the owners’ house, but the house and garden are completely independent.
