Old presbytery of the 18th century, all comfort, furnished accomodation 4 stars, offering 11 beds (+2 extra), located near (<20 minutes) Bayeux in Calvados (Aurseulles, 14240). Large garden with trees and swimming pool (heated between May and September) The whole, about 200m ² with the charm of the old, consists of : – 5 bedrooms, – a large living room with fireplace, – a large dining room, – a fully equipped kitchen (4 burner induction cooker, food processor, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sodastream, 2 refrigerators, freezer) – an equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer, steam generator), – a large park with trees and flowers, – and a swimming pool heated from May to September (4.8m x 8m). Specially designed for families, it has many facilities: swimming pool, billiards, table tennis, trampoline, swing and other apparatus, AndroidTV, barbecue, plancha, board games, libraries stocked with books for young and old, extensive tourist and cultural documentation on Normandy, etc. It is an ideal starting point to discover the most beautiful tourist sites of Calvados and Cotentin (Bayeux, Caen, D-Day beaches, Mont-Saint-Michel, Barfleur, Cherbourg, Pays d'Auge, Lisieux, Deauville, etc.). In the immediate vicinity of the Presbytery, many activities are possible: horse riding centre (accessible on foot), cycling and walking routes, fishing ponds, aquatic and leisure centres, etc. Pets are not welcome. However, we do have four lovely laying hens in their enclosure which will delight the children. Fresh eggs every day at Mother Nature's pleasure!
