In the heart of the Normandy bocage, you will be seduced by this charming house located in a horse breeding farm.
Nature lovers, you are looking for calm and comfort: welcome to the gîte du haras d’Havetot.
Located 10 minutes from all amenities, Villers bocage pleasant small town, and access to highway A84. Close to Bayeux, Caen, the D-Day beaches, the Souleuvre viaduct (bungee jumping), from the Suisse Normande to the Cotentin.
One hour from Mont-Saint-Michel, Deauville, Saint Malo – not to be missed.

House of 130M2 without any opposite in which you will enjoy a beautiful view on the countryside.
Private entrance with parking.
