Cycling route from Vire to the Souleuvre Viaduct (La Ferrière-Harang)

This route takes you near one of the most spectacular buildings on the Vire river: the Souleuvre Viaduct. This former railway viaduct, which rests on 5 granite pillars, is one of Gustave Eiffel’s lesser-known works. The viaduct survived the war but was demolished in 1970. Today it is a popular place for bungee jumping.
