This south-facing house is spacious and bright. Thanks to its warm atmosphere and the friendly welcome of Nathalie and Hervé, you will feel at home. As a family, you will enjoy all the advantages of the countryside: enclosed garden, outdoor games (swing set, trampoline…), vegetable garden. The children will discover the hens and rabbits. You will be 40 minutes from the coast and the D-Day beaches (Ouistreham or Arromanches les Bains), 30 minutes from Bayeux and 50 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel.

Independent house. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, television with Orange channels, two sofas, a reading corner and games for children, a bedroom (access with two steps) with a double bed, a shower room, a toilet. The first floor offers 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds (90X200cm and television), 1 small bedroom with a single bed (110X190cm), 1 shower room, 1 toilet, storage space. Outside, you will have a garage, a games room (table football…), a winter garden with armchairs. The land is enclosed, with a vegetable garden, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking space. For the use of the fireplace: bag of logs at 6 € and bag of pellets at 4 €. (one bag of each is offered with the welcome basket). Internet via fibre.
