If you are looking for a quiet and welcoming place « very natural » on the edge of the Dathée lake near Vire and very comfortable, this chalet is for you. It can accommodate a couple and two children. It can also accommodate hikers, golfers and people travelling in the area. The chalet is ideally situated for visiting the beautiful Normandy region, just an hour from the beaches and Mont Saint Michel. There is no room for boredom in the area for either adults or children. The swimming pool in Vire is just a few kilometres away as are all the shops. A swimming pool in the park is open during the summer season (except in exceptional cases). The village of St Germain de Tallevende is 4 km away and has a mini-market and a bakery. The chalet has a living room with a comfortable BZ that doubles as a sofa and bed for the parents (curtain), a closed bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. The chalet has a large garden, a large covered terrace (with a breathtaking view of Lake Dathée), an outdoor terrace and a parking space. The chalet is located opposite the Lac de la Dathée with beach and water activities + 18 hole golf course. The chalet accepts small dogs and is non-smoking. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Children’s games in the park, mini-golf and private petanque court next to the chalet. Rental by the night (2 nights minimum) possible for May, June, September, October and by the week in July and August.
