In the heart of the Bocage Normand, discover a snail farm!
Located in a valley, Christine and Jean-François will share with you their passion for snails and their breeding. From the egg to the plate, visit the reproduction workshop and the nursery.
After a few steps on the discovery path, you will discover the outdoor parks. Finally, the culinary preparation of the snails seen will be explained in front of the processing laboratory, depending on the period of the visit.
Individuals: visits from 02 May to 30 September 2023 on Fridays and Saturdays at 15:00 on booking.
